- Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple Ross Stores locations within a designated area.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and motivate a team of associates to achieve individual and store goals.
- Monitor and maintain store compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operational efficiency and provide feedback for improvement.
- Work closely with store managers to identify and address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with other Area Supervisors and corporate teams to share best practices and drive consistent performance across stores.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all associates.
- Analyze sales and performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked to meet customer demands.
- Enforce loss prevention and security measures to protect company assets.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new store associates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to make strategic recommendations for the company.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and uphold the company's values and mission.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Supervisory Or Management Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Both Customers And Employees.
