This person should be a leader and team player who will oversee all aspects of operations within their assigned area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of retail supervisory experience and a proven record of delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring store compliance with company policies and procedures. They must possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
