- Oversee the operations of multiple store locations to ensure efficient and effective functioning.
- Lead and manage a team of store managers to achieve sales and performance targets.
- Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Train, coach and mentor store managers to ensure consistent adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as merchandising and marketing, to ensure effective execution of company initiatives.
- Ensure all stores are adequately staffed and properly trained to provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve store processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and enforce loss prevention measures to minimize shrink and ensure the safety and security of store assets.
- Act as a role model for the company's values and code of business conduct.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and make recommendations for promotions and disciplinary actions.
- Represent the company at regional and national meetings and conferences.
Knowledge Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Merchandising, And Customer Service.
Previous Supervisory Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Similar Role At A Large Retail Chain.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Employees.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Employees, Customers, And Upper Management.
A Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field Is Preferred, But Not Required.
