Prior Retail Management Experience: Candidates For An Area Supervisor Position At Ross Stores Should Have Previous Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably At The Store Or District Level. This Experience Will Demonstrate An Understanding Of Retail Operations, Sales Strategies, And Team Management.
