  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple Ross Stores locations.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
  3. Monitor and analyze store performance to identify areas of improvement and implement effective strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  4. Train and develop store associates to ensure they are knowledgeable about products, promotions, and company policies.
  5. Ensure that all stores adhere to company standards and procedures, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.
  6. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among associates.
  7. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Collaborate with other departments such as HR, Marketing, and Operations to support the overall success of the company.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to make informed decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  11. Make recommendations for improvements to processes, procedures, and policies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  12. Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for store associates and ensure proper onboarding and training.
  13. Monitor and manage store budgets, including labor costs, expenses, and inventory levels.
  14. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a customer-centric mindset.
  15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales and performance targets set by the company.
