- Coordinate and delegate tasks among Store Associates to ensure efficient store operations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to Store Associates.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve store operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Analyze sales reports and use data to make informed decisions and implement effective strategies.
- Assist in the hiring and training of new Store Associates.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Management Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Retail Management Or Supervisory Role.
