- Analyze store performance data and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform decision-making.

- Represent Ross Stores in a professional and customer-focused manner at all times.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by upper management.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Employees.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Similar Retail Environment Such As Discount Or Off-Price Retail.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Profitability In A Retail Setting.
Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Merchandising, And Store Operations Principles.
Flexibility To Work A Variety Of Shifts, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays, As Needed To Support The Needs Of The Business.
