- Oversee the operations and performance of multiple stores in the designated area.
- Ensure that stores are meeting company standards for customer service, product presentation, and sales goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for corrective action.
- Train, mentor, and develop store managers and associates to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular store visits and provide feedback and support to store teams.
- Collaborate with other area supervisors and upper management to share best practices and ensure consistency across stores.
- Address and resolve any customer or employee complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit reports on store performance, sales, and other relevant metrics to upper management.
- Participate in the hiring process for store managers and associates.
- Plan and execute store events and promotions to drive traffic and sales.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the retail industry, market trends, and competition in the designated area.
- Communicate effectively with upper management to provide updates on store performance and any issues or concerns.
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Supervisory Experience In A Retail Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.
