- Communicate regularly with upper management regarding store performance and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment for store teams.
- Conduct performance evaluations for store managers and provide feedback for improvement.
- Ensure store safety and security procedures are followed.
- Represent the company at community events and participate in marketing and promotional activities.
- Remain flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the business.
- Uphold the company's values and promote a culture of teamwork and excellence.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Supervisory Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Similar Role At A Large Retail Chain Like Ross Stores.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Employees.
Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Sales Techniques, And Customer Service Strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Management, Retail Management, Or A Related Field, Or Equivalent Work Experience.
