- Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies and programs to minimize theft, fraud, and operational errors in all stores within the designated area.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
- Train and educate store associates on loss prevention best practices and policies.
- Collaborate with store management and regional teams to identify and address potential security threats or vulnerabilities.
- Investigate and resolve any incidents of theft or fraud within the assigned area.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of all security equipment and systems within the designated area.
- Communicate regularly with upper management and provide updates on the status of loss prevention initiatives and any potential risks.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess loss prevention programs and provide support and guidance to store teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in loss prevention and make recommendations for improvements to existing programs.
- Manage and train a team of Loss Prevention Specialists to ensure consistency and effectiveness in loss prevention efforts.
- Ensure all loss prevention policies and procedures are in compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and external partners as needed for investigations and prosecution of theft and fraud cases.
- Serve as a role model for integrity, compliance, and ethical behavior within the organization.
- Travel to different store locations within the designated area as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Security And Safety Procedures.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills.
Ability To Travel And Manage Multiple Store Locations.
