  1. Develop and implement comprehensive loss prevention strategies to protect the company's assets and minimize losses.
  2. Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the stores.
  3. Monitor and analyze store performance to identify trends and patterns related to loss prevention.
  4. Train and educate store associates on loss prevention procedures and best practices.
  5. Collaborate with store managers to identify and address any potential security threats.
  6. Maintain a strong working relationship with law enforcement agencies to ensure a timely response to any security incidents.
  7. Develop and maintain a network of industry professionals to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in loss prevention.
  8. Conduct internal investigations and interviews to gather evidence and prepare reports for management.
  9. Keep track of all security incidents and develop action plans to prevent future occurrences.
  10. Monitor and review CCTV footage to identify any suspicious activity or policy violations.
  11. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
  12. Conduct regular training sessions for store associates on emergency procedures and crisis management.
  13. Develop and maintain a budget for loss prevention activities and equipment.
  14. Keep up-to-date with industry laws and regulations related to loss prevention and make necessary updates to company policies and procedures.
  15. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on loss prevention activities and results.
  16. Lead and mentor a team of loss prevention associates to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
  17. Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and Operations, to implement company-wide loss prevention initiatives.
  18. Stay informed on the latest security technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
  19. Conduct regular store visits to assess and improve the effectiveness of loss prevention measures.
  20. Represent the company in legal proceedings related to loss prevention and testify in court as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Loss Prevention Strategies And Reducing Shrinkage In A Retail Environment.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Loss Prevention Management, Preferably In A Retail Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminology, Criminal Justice, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws Pertaining To Loss Prevention, Including Theft, Fraud, And Safety Regulations.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Train And Manage A Team Of Loss Prevention Associates.
