  1. Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies and procedures to minimize theft, fraud, and other losses within the assigned area.
  2. Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify potential areas of risk and take necessary actions to mitigate them.
  3. Collaborate with store managers and regional leadership to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to loss prevention and safety.
  4. Provide training and support to store teams on loss prevention techniques, company policies, and procedures.
  5. Monitor and analyze store performance in terms of shrink, safety incidents, and other loss prevention metrics and take corrective actions where necessary.
  6. Maintain a strong knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in loss prevention and make recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement agencies and other external partners to assist in the prevention and investigation of theft and other criminal activities.
  8. Review and analyze loss prevention data and reports to identify patterns and trends, and make recommendations to reduce losses and improve overall store performance.
  9. Conduct regular store visits to assess the effectiveness of loss prevention measures and provide coaching and feedback to store teams.
  10. Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance loss prevention efforts.
  11. Ensure all incidents of theft, fraud, and safety violations are properly documented and reported in a timely and accurate manner.
  12. Lead and manage a team of loss prevention associates, providing guidance, coaching, and regular performance feedback.
  13. Uphold the company's values and code of conduct, acting with integrity and professionalism at all times.
  14. Stay updated on state and federal laws and regulations related to loss prevention and ensure compliance.
  15. Handle any other responsibilities or tasks as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Environment.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws Regarding Loss Prevention And Security.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Potential Risks And Vulnerabilities Within The Company.
