- Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies and programs to reduce theft and fraud in all stores within the designated area.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in store operations.
- Train and educate store teams on proper loss prevention procedures and best practices.
- Investigate and resolve any incidents of theft or fraudulent activity within the designated area.
- Collaborate with store managers and district managers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement for loss prevention efforts.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with local law enforcement and other external partners to support loss prevention efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in loss prevention technology to continuously improve the company's strategies and practices.
- Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for loss prevention team members within the designated area.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on loss prevention activities and incidents.
- Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on loss prevention efforts and address any concerns or issues.
- Serve as a role model for ethical and compliant behavior, promoting a culture of integrity and accountability within the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Multi-Store Environment.
Extensive Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques And Strategies, Including Cctv Surveillance, Investigation Procedures, And Inventory Control.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Loss Prevention Associates.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Store Management And Corporate Partners To Achieve Company Goals.
