9. Conduct regular training and development sessions for loss prevention associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
10. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in loss prevention to continuously improve our strategies and procedures.
11. Assist in the recruitment and selection of loss prevention associates, providing guidance and support to ensure a strong and effective team.
12. Collaborate with other departments, such as Human Resources and Legal, to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
13. Develop and manage the loss prevention budget, ensuring efficient use of company resources.
14. Represent the company in legal proceedings related to loss prevention matters.
