Area Loss Prevention Manager

As an Area Loss Prevention Manager, you will play a critical role in protecting our assets and minimizing losses for our stores in your designated region. • Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and programs to protect company assets and minimize losses for all stores in the designated region.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments of stores to identify potential security threats and areas for improvement.
• Train and educate store management and employees on loss prevention policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify trends and patterns in losses and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and external partners to investigate and resolve cases of theft, fraud, and other security incidents.
• Conduct internal investigations into suspected cases of employee misconduct, including theft, fraud, and policy violations.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to loss prevention, safety, and security.
• Manage and maintain all loss prevention equipment, including CCTV systems, alarms, and access control systems.
• Serve as the main point of contact for loss prevention issues and concerns for stores in the designated region.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in loss prevention and make recommendations for improvement to senior management.
• Lead and develop a team of loss prevention associates in the designated region, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
