
Area Loss Prevention Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Loss Prevention Manager to join our team. As an Area Loss Prevention Manager, you will play a critical role in protecting our assets and minimizing losses for our stores in your designated region. - Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and programs to protect company assets and minimize losses for all stores in the designated region.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments of stores to identify potential security threats and areas for improvement.
- Train and educate store management and employees on loss prevention policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify trends and patterns in losses and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and external partners to investigate and resolve cases of theft, fraud, and other security incidents.
- Conduct internal investigations into suspected cases of employee misconduct, including theft, fraud, and policy violations.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to loss prevention, safety, and security.
- Manage and maintain all loss prevention equipment, including CCTV systems, alarms, and access control systems.
- Serve as the main point of contact for loss prevention issues and concerns for stores in the designated region.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in loss prevention and make recommendations for improvement to senior management.
- Lead and develop a team of loss prevention associates in the designated region, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Multi-Store Or District Level Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Store Operations, Inventory Management, And Shrink Reduction Strategies.
Exceptional Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Train And Develop A Team Of Loss Prevention Specialists.
Proficiency In Conducting Internal Investigations, Identifying And Analyzing Trends, And Implementing Effective Loss Prevention Programs.
