8. Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies to aid in investigations and prevent external theft.
9. Manage and respond to incidents of theft, fraud, and other losses in a timely and efficient manner.
10. Communicate regularly with upper management regarding loss prevention initiatives, risks, and successes.
11. Conduct training and educational sessions for store teams on loss prevention topics.
12. Ensure the safety and security of customers and employees by identifying and addressing potential safety hazards.
13. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to loss prevention activities and incidents.
14. Handle and resolve any customer or employee concerns related to loss prevention in a professional and timely manner.
15. Collaborate with the Loss Prevention team to develop and implement company-wide loss prevention programs and initiatives.
