
Area Loss Prevention Manager

- Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and procedures for designated area.
- Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify and prevent theft, fraud, and other potential losses.
- Train and supervise store managers and store teams on loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze store data to identify trends and patterns and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Operations and Human Resources, to ensure company-wide adherence to loss prevention policies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention and make recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure store compliance with loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies to aid in investigations and prevent external theft.
- Manage and respond to incidents of theft, fraud, and other losses in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate regularly with upper management regarding loss prevention initiatives, risks, and successes.
- Conduct training and educational sessions for store teams on loss prevention topics.
- Ensure the safety and security of customers and employees by identifying and addressing potential safety hazards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to loss prevention activities and incidents.
- Handle and resolve any customer or employee concerns related to loss prevention in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Loss Prevention team to develop and implement company-wide loss prevention programs and initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Loss Prevention Management, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques, Shrinkage Control, And Inventory Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Train And Lead A Team.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Loss Prevention Software And Systems.
