- Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and procedures for multiple Ross Stores locations.
- Train and supervise loss prevention associates in conducting investigations, identifying and preventing theft, and promoting a safe and secure environment.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential areas of risk and develop solutions to minimize losses.
- Collaborate with store management to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
- Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention and make recommendations for improvement.
- Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, and other losses and work with law enforcement as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement and security companies.
- Conduct employee training on loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Communicate with upper management and provide regular reports on loss prevention efforts and progress.
- Act as a liaison between stores and corporate headquarters on loss prevention issues.
- Develop and maintain a positive and proactive approach to loss prevention, promoting a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, and merchandise.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and ensure that all loss prevention activities are conducted in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Stay informed on current laws and regulations related to loss prevention and ensure compliance within the company.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Loss Prevention Or Asset Protection.
Strong Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques And Strategies, As Well As State And Federal Laws.
Excellent Leadership And Team Management Skills.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Reducing Shrinkage And Implementing Effective Loss Prevention Programs.
