- Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies and procedures to minimize theft, fraud, and other losses in our stores.
- Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Train and educate store teams on loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze data and trends to identify patterns and potential areas of concern.
- Collaborate with store management and corporate teams to address any identified issues and implement preventive measures.
- Manage and oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems, such as CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement and external partners to assist with loss prevention efforts.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure all safety and security protocols are being followed.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on loss prevention efforts, findings, and recommendations.
- Lead and develop a team of loss prevention associates, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in loss prevention techniques and technology.
- Maintain a strong understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to loss prevention.
- Respond to and manage emergency situations, such as theft, accidents, and other incidents.
- Collaborate with HR to investigate and address any employee-related incidents or concerns.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Develop A Team Of Loss Prevention Associates.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Loss Prevention Or Retail Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Retail Operations, Inventory Management, And Loss Prevention Strategies.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Reducing Shrinkage And Increasing Profitability.
