
Area Loss Prevention Manager

As an Area Loss Prevention Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the loss prevention efforts of multiple store locations within a designated area. - Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies and protocols for multiple store locations within a designated area
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify potential areas of risk and develop action plans to mitigate losses
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of store locations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Train and educate store managers and associates on loss prevention best practices and procedures
- Collaborate with store management teams to identify and address potential security vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures
- Investigate and resolve incidents of theft, fraud, and other criminal activities in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to loss prevention activities, incidents, and investigations
- Manage and oversee the performance of a team of loss prevention associates, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed
- Stay current on industry trends, technology, and best practices in loss prevention to continuously improve and enhance the company's security measures
- Foster a culture of safety and security among store teams and promote a positive working relationship between loss prevention and other departments.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Train And Manage A Team Of Loss Prevention Associates.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Loss Prevention Or Asset Protection In A Retail Environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Management, Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws Related To Loss Prevention And Asset Protection.
Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Loss Prevention Strategies And Reducing Shrinkage In A Multi-Store Retail Environment.
