Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Develop A Team.
Strong Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Strategies, Techniques, And Tools.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Experience With Loss Prevention Software, Such As Cctv Systems And Inventory Tracking Systems.
