With your expertise in loss prevention strategies and exceptional leadership skills, you will oversee the implementation of loss prevention programs and initiatives in multiple stores within your designated area.To be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in loss prevention, preferably in a retail environment.   1. Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and programs in multiple stores within the designated area.
  2. Train and develop store teams on loss prevention procedures and techniques.
  3. Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  4. Collaborate with store management to identify and address potential areas of loss.
  5. Utilize data and trend analysis to identify and prevent losses caused by theft, fraud, and operational errors.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies to support investigations and prosecute offenders.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
  8. Monitor and track inventory levels to identify and address potential shrinkage.
  9. Conduct regular training and awareness programs for store teams to promote a culture of loss prevention.
  10. Communicate and collaborate with regional and corporate loss prevention teams to share best practices and implement company-wide initiatives.
  11. Maintain accurate records of all loss prevention incidents and provide timely reports to management.
  12. Respond to emergency situations and take appropriate actions to protect company’s assets and employees.
  13. Conduct background checks and pre-employment screenings for potential employees.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in laws and regulations related to loss prevention.
  15. Act as a role model for ethical behavior and promote a safe and secure work environment for all employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Retail Security And Loss Prevention Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills.

  • Ability To Travel Frequently And Work Flexible Hours, Including Nights And Weekends.
