- Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to minimize theft, fraud, and other forms of shrinkage within assigned area.
- Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Train and educate store associates on loss prevention procedures and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze store data to identify trends and patterns related to loss prevention.
- Collaborate with store management to address and resolve any issues related to loss prevention.
- Conduct interviews and investigations related to theft, fraud, and other incidents.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all loss prevention activities and incidents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement and external partners to exchange information and improve security measures.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in loss prevention techniques.
- Provide support and guidance to store teams during emergency situations.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess and address any potential security risks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
- Responsible for managing and training a team of loss prevention associates.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement safety training and procedures.
- Communicate and collaborate with senior management to provide regular updates on loss prevention efforts and results.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Comprehensive Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques, Investigations, And Security Protocols.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Loss Prevention Associates Effectively.
Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Potential Security Risks And Implement Preventative Measures.
