- Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and procedures for multiple Ross Stores locations.

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential security vulnerabilities and areas of improvement.
- Monitor inventory shrinkage and investigate any discrepancies or suspicious activity.
- Collaborate with store management and corporate security to identify and address potential risks and threats.
- Manage a team of loss prevention associates and provide guidance and support to ensure the safety and security of the stores.
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and patterns related to theft and fraud.
- Conduct internal investigations and work with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to loss prevention activities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in loss prevention technology.
- Communicate with store management and corporate leadership on a regular basis to provide updates on loss prevention efforts and any potential risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement and security vendors.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
- Continuously assess and improve loss prevention strategies to adapt to changing business needs and evolving security risks.
- Serve as a role model for ethical behavior and promote a culture of safety and security throughout the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Loss Prevention Or Asset Protection Management.
Extensive Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques And Strategies.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.
Ability To Travel Within Assigned Region And Work Flexible Hours, Including Weekends And Evenings.
