- Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and protocols to protect the company's assets, employees, and customers.
- Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify potential risks and losses.
- Train and educate store management and employees on loss prevention procedures and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify and address any areas of concern.
- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement action plans to prevent and reduce loss.
- Conduct internal investigations into suspected theft, fraud, or other loss-related incidents.
- Work closely with law enforcement agencies and legal teams to address any external theft or fraud cases.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all loss prevention activities.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
- Evaluate and recommend security equipment and technology to enhance the safety and security of stores.
- Lead and develop a team of loss prevention associates, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in loss prevention techniques.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess and improve loss prevention measures.
- Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on loss prevention initiatives and results.
- Foster a positive and safe work environment for all employees through open communication and support.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Setting.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws Regarding Theft, Fraud, And Safety Regulations.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Manage A Team.
Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Loss Prevention Strategies And Reducing Shrinkage In A Retail Environment.
