  1. Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and procedures for multiple stores within a designated area.
  2. Train and supervise store loss prevention teams, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to prevent and address loss.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential security weaknesses and address any issues.
  4. Investigate and resolve cases of theft, fraud, and other incidents of loss within the designated area.
  5. Collaborate with store management teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
  6. Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement for loss prevention efforts.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in loss prevention technology, and make recommendations for implementation.
  8. Communicate with law enforcement and other external partners as needed to address and resolve security incidents.
  9. Conduct regular training and education sessions for store associates on loss prevention best practices.
  10. Create and maintain detailed reports on loss prevention activities and outcomes for upper management.
  11. Ensure all loss prevention equipment, such as CCTV cameras and alarm systems, are functional and properly maintained.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as HR and Operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to loss prevention.
  13. Respond to emergency situations and provide support to store teams in crisis management.
  14. Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and team members.
  15. Represent the company's values and culture, and act as a role model for loss prevention standards and practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques, Including Cctv Surveillance, Inventory Management, And Investigations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Manage A Team.

  • Proven Track Record Of Reducing Shrinkage And Implementing Successful Loss Prevention Strategies.
