- Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and procedures to protect the company's assets within the designated area.
- Train and educate store teams on loss prevention best practices and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of store locations to identify potential security vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and review store surveillance footage to identify any suspicious or fraudulent activities.
- Investigate and resolve any incidents of theft, fraud, or other security breaches.
- Collaborate with store management and corporate teams to address and resolve any loss prevention issues.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in loss prevention technology to continuously improve and enhance the company's security measures.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement and security vendors.
- Lead and supervise a team of loss prevention associates, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of department goals.
- Prepare and present reports to upper management on loss prevention metrics and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal regulations related to loss prevention.
- Serve as a role model for the company's values and promote a positive and safe work environment for all employees.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Loss Prevention Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Retail Operations And Inventory Control Processes.
Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Laws Related To Loss Prevention And Safety.
