
Analyst, Store Strategy and Method Improvements

- Conduct data analysis to identify areas of improvement in store operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
- Utilize analytical tools and techniques to identify trends and patterns in data.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Act as a subject matter expert on store operations and provide insights and recommendations.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices and apply them to drive improvements.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and propose solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation of process improvements for training and reference purposes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement technology solutions to improve store operations.
- Act as a liaison between corporate teams and store-level employees to gather feedback and insights.
- Continuously monitor and analyze store performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and communicate risks and potential roadblocks to process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making for store operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Retail Analysis Or Store Strategy Development.
Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Communicate Complex Information To Various Levels Of Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
