- Develop and implement verification and validation processes to ensure the quality and functionality of our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute test plans and procedures.
- Conduct thorough analysis and testing to identify and troubleshoot any issues or defects in the product.
- Utilize industry best practices and standards to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
- Maintain and update documentation of test plans, procedures, and results for future reference.

- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely completion of verification and validation activities within project deadlines.

- Mentor and train junior engineers on verification and validation processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to ensure the quality of components and subsystems.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall product quality and reliability.
- Take ownership of testing equipment and ensure its proper maintenance and calibration.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing verification and validation activities.
- Represent the company and its values in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical, Mechanical, Or Aerospace Engineering.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Systems Engineering, With A Focus On Verification And Validation.
Strong Understanding Of System Design, Development, Testing, And Integration Processes.
Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Verification And Validation, Such As Do-178B/C And Do-254.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
