In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of federal tax compliance and planning for our company.   1. Oversee and manage all aspects of federal tax compliance for the company.
  2. Develop and implement tax strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
  3. Stay up-to-date on federal tax laws and regulations and ensure the company's compliance with them.
  4. Prepare and review federal tax returns and related documentation.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns.
  6. Identify and implement tax planning opportunities to minimize the company's tax liability.
  7. Manage and maintain relationships with external tax advisors and auditors.
  8. Provide guidance and support to other members of the tax team.
  9. Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide recommendations to senior management.
  10. Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and proactively make necessary adjustments to the company's tax strategy.
  11. Prepare and present reports and presentations on tax-related matters to senior management.
  12. Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures related to tax matters.
  13. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to tax as needed.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on federal tax matters and provide training and guidance to other teams within the company.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive tax information.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Federal Tax Laws And Regulations.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Ability To Manage A Team Of Tax Professionals.

  • Cpa Certification And/Or Advanced Degree In Tax Or Accounting.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Tax, Preferably In A Corporate Or Public Accounting Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Provide Strategic Tax Planning And Advice To Senior Management.
