Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Factors Engineering Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience Working In A Submarine Or Naval Engineering Environment.
Knowledge Of And Experience With Submarine Design And Operations, Including Systems And Equipment.
Proficiency In Human Factors Analysis And Design Techniques, Such As Task Analysis, Usability Testing, And Human Performance Modeling.
Familiarity With Relevant Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Mil-Std-1472 And Aec-Q100.
