Support the development and implementation of hardware design strategy via schematic capture, possible PCB layout design, circuit design, and embedded design including sensors, logic processors and end-actuators. Hands-on experience with creating prototypes, system development, and product integration. Support several projects concurrently; multitasking, team member, and prioritization. Analyze hardware requirements to determine feasibility of the design and articulate findings to allow decisions in support of time and cost constraints. Develop software/code to implement control solutions using languages such as C++, C-Sharp, MATLAB/Simulink. Up to 10% travel both domestically and internationally on a scheduled and unscheduled basis.
