  1. Lead the optimization of the engine production value stream to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products to customers.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
  3. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the engine production value stream, including scheduling, inventory management, and resource allocation.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any issues or bottlenecks in the production process.
  5. Utilize data and metrics to continuously monitor and improve the performance of the value stream.
  6. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and regulations.
  7. Train, develop, and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  8. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and parts.
  9. Communicate and collaborate effectively with other departments and teams within the company to ensure alignment and achievement of company goals.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in engine production to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  11. Represent the company and promote a positive image to customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  12. Embody and uphold the company's values and culture.
  13. Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures.
  14. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  15. Monitor and manage the budget for the value stream, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Lean Principles And Experience Implementing Value Stream Mapping And Continuous Improvement Initiatives

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team

  • Knowledge Of Engine Components And Systems, As Well As Their Manufacturing Processes And Quality Standards.
