  1. Conduct testing and troubleshooting procedures on various aviation and high-integrity products to ensure quality and reliability.
  2. Prepare and set up equipment and test fixtures for product testing.
  3. Perform data analysis and document test results accurately and thoroughly.
  4. Collaborate with team members and engineers to identify and resolve product issues.
  5. Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  6. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing testing procedures.
  7. Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in testing technology.
  9. Follow all company policies and procedures related to product testing and quality assurance.
  10. Communicate any issues or concerns with product quality to appropriate personnel.
  11. Provide support for product development and improvement projects.
  12. Train and mentor new team members in testing procedures and equipment operation.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  14. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement and product enhancement.
  15. Meet production deadlines and quality standards set by the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Schematics.

  • Associate's Degree In Electronics Technology Or Related Field.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Follow Testing Procedures Accurately.
