  1. Conduct testing procedures and protocols to ensure the functionality and quality of products.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues that arise during testing, and work with engineers to develop solutions.
  3. Follow established test plans and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in testing.
  4. Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accurate results.
  5. Record and document test results and communicate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team members.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to testing processes.
  7. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in testing to continuously improve testing methods.
  8. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  9. Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in team meetings and sharing knowledge and expertise.
  10. Continuously strive for excellence in all tasks and take ownership of delivering high-quality results.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Skills: The Test Technician I Should Possess A Solid Understanding Of Electronic And Mechanical Systems, As Well As The Ability To Troubleshoot And Diagnose Equipment Issues.

  • Familiarity With Testing Equipment: Knowledge And Experience With A Variety Of Testing Equipment Such As Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, And Spectrum Analyzers Is Essential For This Role.

  • Attention To Detail: A Test Technician I Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Accurately Record Test Results And Identify Any Discrepancies Or Abnormalities In The Data.

  • Ability To Follow Procedures: This Role Requires Following Specific Testing Procedures And Protocols, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Ability To Follow Instructions And Ensure Accuracy In Their Work.
