Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and improve the technical capabilities and performance of airborne information solutions. • Analyze and solve highly complex technical problems. • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance. • Work closely with other teams to design and develop systems solutions. • Document design specifications and system requirements. • Assist in the development and implementation of system and software test plans. • Provide technical guidance and support to customers and other departments. • Research and evaluate new technologies and applications for airborne information solutions. • Develop and maintain user documentation. • Develop training materials and provide user training. • Monitor and analyze system performance metrics. • Provide technical presentations and demonstrations.
