  1. Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and processes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply chain performance.
  4. Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any supply chain issues.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date supply chain data and records.
  6. Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with suppliers.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and help optimize inventory management.
  8. Support the sourcing and procurement process by identifying potential suppliers and conducting supplier evaluations.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  10. Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to management.
  11. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance supply chain operations.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with team members and stakeholders.
  13. Complete assigned tasks and projects within established deadlines.
  14. Continuously expand knowledge and skills in supply chain management through training and on-the-job experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management Or A Related Field: A Solid Educational Background In Supply Chain Management Is Essential For This Role, As It Provides The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Effectively Manage And Optimize The Supply Chain Processes.

  • Proficiency In Supply Chain Software And Tools: Rockwell Collins Utilizes Various Supply Chain Software And Tools Such As Sap, Oracle, And Lean Six Sigma. Candidates Should Have Prior Experience And Proficiency In Using These Tools To Effectively Analyze And Improve Supply Chain Processes.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: Supply Chain Management Involves Dealing With Complex Data And Identifying Areas For Improvement. Candidates Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Interpret Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Optimize The Supply Chain.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Supply Chain Management Involves Working With Various Stakeholders, Both Internal And External. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Necessary To Collaborate With Different Teams And Build Relationships With Suppliers And Vendors.
