- Conduct thorough investigations and analyses of potential trade compliance violations and disclosures, ensuring adherence to international trade laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and mitigate potential risks related to international trade and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and enhance policies and procedures related to global trade investigations and disclosures.
- Stay updated on changes in international trade laws and regulations, and provide guidance and training to ensure company-wide compliance.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all trade investigations and disclosures.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate potential issues or violations to appropriate authorities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as government agencies, to facilitate trade compliance.
- Conduct internal audits to identify any potential compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Represent the company in trade compliance-related meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Adhere to ethical business practices and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Mentor and train junior team members on trade compliance and investigation processes.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and finance, to ensure a cohesive approach to trade compliance.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to streamline and enhance trade compliance processes.
- Support the company's mission and vision to shape the future of aviation through ethical and compliant business practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Global Trade Compliance Or Related Field
In-Depth Knowledge Of International Trade Regulations And Laws, Including Itar And Ear
Experience Conducting Investigations And Disclosures Related To Global Trade Compliance Issues
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Trade Data And Regulations.
