  1. Conduct thorough investigations and analyses of potential trade compliance violations and disclosures, ensuring adherence to international trade laws and regulations.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to identify and mitigate potential risks related to international trade and compliance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and enhance policies and procedures related to global trade investigations and disclosures.
  4. Stay updated on changes in international trade laws and regulations, and provide guidance and training to ensure company-wide compliance.
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all trade investigations and disclosures.
  6. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  7. Identify and escalate potential issues or violations to appropriate authorities.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as government agencies, to facilitate trade compliance.
  9. Conduct internal audits to identify any potential compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
  10. Represent the company in trade compliance-related meetings, conferences, and other events.
  11. Adhere to ethical business practices and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members on trade compliance and investigation processes.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and finance, to ensure a cohesive approach to trade compliance.
  14. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to streamline and enhance trade compliance processes.
  15. Support the company's mission and vision to shape the future of aviation through ethical and compliant business practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Global Trade Compliance Or Related Field

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of International Trade Regulations And Laws, Including Itar And Ear

  • Experience Conducting Investigations And Disclosures Related To Global Trade Compliance Issues

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Trade Data And Regulations.
