
Sr. Analyst, Global Trade - Customs/Import

- Manage customs and import operations in compliance with global trade regulations and company policies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement import and export strategies.
- Monitor and analyze changes in trade regulations to ensure continued compliance.
- Conduct audits and assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with external partners, including customs brokers and government agencies, to resolve any trade-related issues.
- Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on import and customs regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all import and export transactions.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to optimize international trade operations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to import and customs activities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in global trade compliance.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement and support business objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on import and customs regulations and provide support and guidance to the team as needed.
- Represent the company in customs and import-related meetings, conferences, and seminars.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to government agencies and authorities.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications.
Bachelor's Degree In International Business, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Global Trade And Customs/Import Compliance.
In-Depth Knowledge Of International Trade Regulations, Including Import/Export Controls And Customs Laws.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Navigate Complex Trade Issues.
Experience In Managing And Implementing Global Trade Compliance Programs, Including Classification, Valuation, And Free Trade Agreements.
