  1. Perform sheet metal fabrication and assembly of aircraft components according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  2. Ensure high quality and precision in every piece of sheet metal work, adhering to industry standards and company guidelines.
  3. Operate various hand and power tools, including but not limited to shears, brakes, and drills, to cut, bend, and shape sheet metal.
  4. Inspect finished parts for accuracy, completeness, and functionality, making necessary adjustments and repairs as needed.
  5. Collaborate with team members and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
  7. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  8. Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects.
  9. Stay updated on industry advancements and techniques to improve skills and knowledge.
