  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the service center operations, including customer service, technical support, and maintenance services.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of service center operations.
  3. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Hire, train, and supervise a team of service center staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement.

  12. Participate in budget planning and manage service center expenses to meet financial targets.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Rockwell Collins, promoting the company's values and commitment to excellence.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and share knowledge and expertise with team members.
  15. Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the performance of job duties.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In A Service Center Or Related Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Technicians And Support Staff.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Service Center Operations, Including Repair Processes, Inventory Management, And Customer Service.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Customers, Suppliers, And Internal Stakeholders.
