- Oversee the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) value stream and ensure that all processes are running efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
- Lead a team of skilled professionals and provide direction, support, and guidance to ensure their success in achieving operational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize lean principles to drive process improvement and increase operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze data to make data-driven decisions to improve performance and achieve operational goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and support for operational objectives.
- Identify and address any issues or roadblocks that may arise in the value stream to ensure smooth operations and meet customer expectations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Develop and maintain standard work procedures to ensure consistency and quality in the value stream.
- Lead and participate in regular meetings and communication channels to provide updates, gather feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the value stream and stay ahead of competition.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster their growth and development and support their career goals.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies in the value stream.
- Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of the MRO value stream to management.
- Proactively identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability while maintaining quality standards.
Extensive Experience In Mro Operations: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Mro Operations, With A Minimum Of 5 Years In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role. This Experience Should Include A Thorough Understanding Of Mro Processes And Best Practices, As Well As A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Operations.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Senior Value Stream Supervisor, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Resolving Operational Inefficiencies, Bottlenecks, And Other Issues.
