Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field (E.g. Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Etc.)
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Systems Engineering, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role
In-Depth Knowledge Of System Engineering Principles And Processes, Including Requirements Management, Verification And Validation, And System Integration
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
