Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field (E.g. Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Etc.)

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Systems Engineering, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of System Engineering Principles And Processes, Including Requirements Management, Verification And Validation, And System Integration

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
