  1. Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation and continually improve manufacturing processes.
  3. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment.
  4. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of manufacturing processes with other departments.
  6. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for manufacturing processes to ensure consistency and quality.
  7. Mentor and train team members to improve technical skills and knowledge.
  8. Manage and allocate resources to meet production goals and timelines.
  9. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  10. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
  11. Stay updated on industry advancements and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  12. Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on manufacturing processes and progress towards goals.
  13. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  14. Lead and participate in problem-solving activities to address production issues.
  15. Foster a positive and productive work environment to promote employee engagement and retention.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Them In A Production Environment.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing Engineering, With At Least 5 Years In A Supervisory Role.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Engineers.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Quality Control Processes And Experience Implementing Continuous Improvement Initiatives To Drive Quality And Efficiency.
