  1. Lead and manage the ARINCDirect Connectivity & Tools team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  2. Oversee the development and implementation of innovative software solutions for the aerospace and defense industries.
  3. Mentor and guide team members, providing technical expertise and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and project management, to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects.
  5. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in software engineering to identify potential opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  7. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  8. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  9. Act as a liaison between the ARINCDirect Connectivity & Tools team and other departments within the organization.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  11. Collaborate with the HR team to recruit, hire, and onboard talented individuals to the team.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
  13. Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  15. Drive a customer-centric approach, ensuring that software solutions meet the needs and expectations of our clients.

  • Strong Technical Background: A Senior Software Engineering Manager For Arincdirect Connectivity & Tools At Rockwell Collins Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Software Engineering Principles And Have Extensive Experience In Developing Complex Software Systems.

  • Leadership Skills: This Role Requires A Proven Track Record Of Leading High-Performing Software Development Teams And Managing Large-Scale Projects. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Guide And Motivate Team Members.

  • Strategic Thinking: The Senior Software Engineering Manager Will Be Responsible For Driving The Product Roadmap And Making Critical Decisions To Ensure The Success Of Arincdirect Connectivity & Tools. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Strong Strategic Thinking Skills And The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.
