As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various technical security initiatives and programs.   1. Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect company assets and operations.
  2. Collaborate with various departments to assess security risks and vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  3. Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify potential threats and gaps in security measures.
  4. Maintain and update security systems, including but not limited to access control, surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
  5. Monitor and analyze security data to identify patterns and trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Stay informed about the latest security technology and industry trends and make recommendations for their implementation.
  7. Coordinate with external security vendors and contractors to ensure their services meet the company's security standards.
  8. Train and educate employees on security protocols and procedures to promote a secure work environment.
  9. Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
  10. Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on security initiatives and address any concerns.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed records of security procedures, incidents, and investigations.
  12. Act as a liaison with law enforcement and government agencies as needed.
  13. Take a proactive approach to identify and address potential security threats and risks.
  14. Provide support and guidance to junior security team members.
  15. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security technology and keep the company in compliance.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Security Systems: A Senior Security Technical Coordinator At Rockwell Collins Must Possess A Deep Understanding And Experience In Various Security Systems, Including Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Cctv, And Fire Alarm Systems.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Best Practices In Security System Design, Implementation, And Maintenance. This Includes Familiarity With Relevant Regulations, Such As Nist, Iso, And Fips.

  • Project Management Skills: The Job Requires Coordinating And Managing Large-Scale Security Projects, So The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Project Management Skills, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Resource Allocation.

  • Technical Expertise: A Senior Security Technical Coordinator Must Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Proficient In The Use Of Various Security System Software And Tools. They Should Also Have Experience With Network Security, Data Encryption, And Vulnerability Assessments.

  • Communication And Leadership Abilities: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Project Goals. They Should Also Have Leadership Qualities To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Security Technicians.
