- Mentor and train junior engineers on reliability engineering principles and practices.

- Collaborate with suppliers to improve the reliability of components and materials used in our products.
- Continuously review and improve reliability engineering processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering: A Senior Reliability Engineer At Rockwell Collins Must Hold A Bachelor's Degree In An Engineering Discipline Such As Electrical, Mechanical, Or Aerospace Engineering.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience: Applicants For This Role Must Have At Least 7 Years Of Experience Working In A Reliability Engineering Role, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
Expertise In Reliability Analysis Tools: Candidates Should Possess Advanced Knowledge And Experience Using Reliability Analysis Tools Such As Failure Modes And Effects Analysis (Fmea), Fault Tree Analysis (Fta), And Reliability Block Diagrams (Rbd).
Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations: A Senior Reliability Engineer Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Mil-Hdbk-217, Rtca Do-178B, And Sae Arp4761, To Ensure Compliance With These Requirements.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: This Role Requires A Strong Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Complex Problems Related To Product Reliability. Candidates Must Be Able To Think Analytically And Creatively To Develop Effective Solutions.
