Bachelor's Degree In Engineering: A Senior Project Engineer In Obsolescence Management At Rockwell Collins Should Have A Strong Educational Background In Engineering, With A Bachelor's Degree Being The Minimum Requirement. This Degree Should Be In A Relevant Field Such As Electrical, Mechanical, Or Aerospace Engineering.
Experience In Project Management: As A Senior Project Engineer, One Of The Primary Responsibilities Will Be To Lead And Manage Projects Related To Obsolescence Management. Therefore, Candidates Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
