  1. Identify and mitigate potential obsolescence risks for our products.
  2. Use technical expertise to analyze and assess potential obsolescence issues.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to address obsolescence challenges.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  5. Utilize project management skills to effectively plan and execute obsolescence management projects.
  6. Continuously monitor and evaluate the obsolescence status of our products.

  11. Mentor and guide junior engineers in obsolescence management best practices.
  12. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to obsolescence management.
  13. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all obsolescence management activities.
  14. Participate in product design and development processes to ensure obsolescence risks are minimized.
  15. Continuously seek new and innovative ways to improve and optimize our obsolescence management processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering: A Senior Project Engineer In Obsolescence Management At Rockwell Collins Should Have A Strong Educational Background In Engineering, With A Bachelor's Degree Being The Minimum Requirement. This Degree Should Be In A Relevant Field Such As Electrical, Mechanical, Or Aerospace Engineering.

  • Experience In Project Management: As A Senior Project Engineer, One Of The Primary Responsibilities Will Be To Lead And Manage Projects Related To Obsolescence Management. Therefore, Candidates Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
