Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Systems Engineering, With A Focus On Complex Aerospace Or Defense Systems.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field; Advanced Degree Preferred.
Expertise In Systems Engineering Processes And Tools, Including Requirements Development, Verification And Validation, And System Integration.
Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Engineers And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Strong Technical Background In One Or More Of The Following Areas: Avionics, Communication Systems, Navigation Systems, Or Software Development.
