- Develop and implement strategies for successful work transfers between domestic and international locations.
- Lead and manage a team of project managers and cross-functional team members to execute work transfers efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment throughout the transfer process.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with international teams and partners to facilitate smooth work transfers.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements during the transfer process.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring that transfers are completed within allocated resources.
- Communicate progress and results to senior management and make recommendations for future work transfer initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Complex Work Transfer Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Project Management Principles And Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
Experience In Negotiating And Managing Complex Contracts And Agreements With External Partners.
