- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on ethics and compliance matters, providing guidance and recommendations to promote ethical practices and mitigate potential risks.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential areas of non-compliance and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all business practices, policies, and procedures are in line with ethical standards and legal requirements.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to ethics and compliance, and make recommendations for updating the company's policies and procedures accordingly.
- Lead and conduct training programs for employees at all levels to promote a culture of ethics and compliance throughout the organization.
- Investigate and address any reported violations of ethical standards or compliance issues, taking appropriate corrective actions when necessary.

- Continuously evaluate and improve the company's ethics and compliance program, using data and feedback to make informed decisions and drive positive change.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Global Ethics And Compliance Regulations: A Senior Manager In This Role Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Global Ethics And Compliance Standards, Such As The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (Fcpa) And The Uk Bribery Act. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Industry-Specific Regulations And Standards.
Proven Track Record Of Managing And Implementing Ethics And Compliance Programs: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing Ethics And Compliance Programs In A Global Organization. They Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Compliance Goals.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Manager In A Global Role, Effective Communication With Stakeholders At All Levels Is Crucial. The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Diverse Teams Across Different Cultures And Time Zones.
